Selfishness

My brother and I are currently debating selfishness versus selflessness.

My comment on the matter today is small.

Mother Teresa has set a modern day bar concerning what I mean about the last act of selfishness that man truly gets if he wants to go to heaven(selfish), You must give yourself to Jesus(selfless).

Mother Teresa dedicated her life to the poor and helpless by going to the poorest places and bringing food shelter and clothing to orphans. She did this out of love of God and the desire one gets when one truly loves someone else (God) and that is tries to do what the one you love wants you to do.

Jesus returned to her a blessing that everyone recognizes and crosses all boundaries, races, and religions and no one can deny or criticize.

If I could do such a work as her and many of the other Saints then I would be equally as blessed and so would anyone else.

A parable from Ronald Reagan

You work to earn a living, but a mans living is determined by his giving.

Not an exact quote but finding these things on the internet could make me go blind.

Top 25 Tax-Friendliest U.S. Cities

Keeping more of your paycheck is almost every taxpayer's goal. One easy way to do that is to live in the right city. Kiplinger's Personal Finance has figured out the most tax-friendly U.S. cities based on a family of four with a combined income of $90,000. The tax burden was computed based on income, property, personal property, sales, and gasoline taxes. And the No. 1 tax-friendly city? Cheyenne, Wyoming. One reason is that Wyoming has no state income tax

Top 10 tax-friendly cities:
1. Cheyenne, Wyoming
2. Houston, Texas
3. Jacksonville, Florida
4. Memphis, Tennessee
5. Sioux Falls, South Dakota
6. Las Vegas, Nevada
7. Manchester, New Hampshire
8. Anchorage, Alaska
9. Phoenix, Arizona
10. Seattle, Washington The best places to retire are the same cities to which people in their 40s and 50s are flocking now! Click to find out where they are. The rest of the list:
11. Fargo, North Dakota
12. Denver, Colorado
13. New Orleans, Louisiana
14. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
15. Boston, Massachusetts
16. Birmingham, Alabama
17. Albuquerque, New Mexico
18. Burlington, Vermont

Asteroids

I beleive that much more geologic evidence abounds here on earth than scientists have been willing to admit concerning asteroids strikes.

Another thing I believe is that the Gulf of Mexico was created by one or two massive asteroids. The whole Gulf and surrounding land masses have all the outward appearences of a double crater. If I am right, the size of the asteroids may have been the plate buster that broke the one continental plate into the seven we have today. At any rate here is a little article about the Chesepeake Bay

Cool Find Deep in the Chesapeake Bay Geologists with the U.S. Geological Survey drilled deep into the Chesapeake Bay--2,700 feet to be exact. It cost $180,000 and took them more than two weeks, working around the clock. It was worth the effort. They have uncovered more signs of a space rock's impact some 35 million years ago, including jumbled, mixed bits of crystalline and melted rock that can be dated, as well as marine deposits, and brine, reports The Associated Press.

Cape Charles, Virginia on the Delmarva Peninsula is considered Ground Zero for the ancient asteroid or comet impact that formed the 56-mile-wide depression that is now the Chesapeake Bay. This latest drilling project is the first time geologists have explored the inner portion of the crater, which is shaped like an inverted sombrero. "We expected to see some pretty strange rocks because of the extreme pressure and temperatures that occurred," lead geologist Greg Gohn told AP. Now scientists are hoping to identify the space rock.

Geologists think the ancient asteroid was 2 miles wide and slammed into the Virginia coast at thousands of miles per hour--such a tremendous force that it depressed and fractured the bedrock. In that instant, billions of tons of ocean water simply vaporized. Debris spewed 30 miles high before raining back to Earth. Giant waves crashed into the land, dragging debris back into the newly formed crater and preserving it in nature's time capsule underneath a blanket of rock and sediment. The entire event, which created the largest crater in the United States, likely took just a few minutes.

Ronald Reagan,

The best President of the 20th century. The best modern day President and one of the best leaders the world has ever had.

I was safer and more free during his presidency than at any other time in my 45 years.

I will miss him sorely.

My favorite quotes are "I have faith in the American people", and "Mr. Gorbachev tear down this wall", which will be forever linked with the end of communism, not what that drunk Kennedy said.

Oranges and PMF,s

Amazing Health Benefit of Tangerines Orange and tangerine peels may be better than drugs for lowering cholesterol--with zero side effects. The magic ingredients that lower "bad" LDL cholesterol by as much as 32 to 40 percent--the same as expensive prescription medication--are compounds known as polymethoxylated flavones (PMFs), reports Science Daily of an international research study conducted in the United States and Canada. Best of all, supplements made from orange and tangerine peels have none of the potentially debilitating side effects of liver disease and muscle weakness so common with the popular cholesterol-lowering prescription drugs. The researchers from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and KGK Synergize, a Canadian nutraceutical company, isolated the PMF compounds from the orange and tangerine peels and gave them to hamsters with diet-induced high cholesterol. The hamsters' cholesterol was lowered as much as 40 percent. There was no effect on "good" HDL cholesterol. A long-term human study is currently in progress.

Why do PMFs lower cholesterol? The researchers suspect, based on early results in cell and animal studies, that it works by inhibiting the synthesis of cholesterol and triglycerides inside the liver. The study is the first to show that PMFs can lower cholesterol, the researchers say. "We believe that PMFs have the potential to rival and even beat the cholesterol-lowering effect of some prescription drugs, without the risk of side effects," Elzbieta Kurowska, Ph.D., lead investigator of the study and vice president of research at KGK Synergize in Ontario, Canada, told Science Daily.

PMFs are similar to other plant pigments found in citrus fruits and have been shown to protect against cancer, heart disease, and inflammation. Unfortunately, it would take about 20 or more cups of orange juice each day to lower cholesterol this way; however, KGK Synergize has recently developed a nutrition supplement containing PMFs with a form of vitamin E that seems to enhance the compounds' effect. It is marketed as a cholesterol-lowering agent under the trade name Sytrinol; the supplement recently became available in the United States. The research findings were published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, a peer-reviewed publication of the American Chemical Society, the world's largest scientific society.

Revelations

This stuff used to scare me but you know what? Today I realize that these events are not directed at me or Christians personally but to the ungodly. They are the ones who have to fear. Also if you look about the world it is trying to birth peace without Jesus and without going through any judgment. Not gonna happen.
Instead I notice that the world is blaming Christians for bringing judgment down upon their heads. Yet you will see that Christians are not in the vanguard of the troubles but non-Christians. Funny that unbelievers have to start the mess to try and blame believers for their troubles.
Instead they should own up their idiocy and accept responsibility for stubbing their own toe and stop blaming their troubles on someone else.
I say that they are by their efforts at trying to avoid their doom , bringing the doom down upon their heads. That is persecuting the right and good and the truthful because they won't live like them or resist their efforts to make the world in their image such as Watts and Los Angeles, which are examples of the degraded life they are really looking for no matter what they say. Funny that men of my kindred spirit fought to release the slaves only to have them run back to slavery.

If, they would forget their love of iniquity and embrace righteousness and find peace in Jesus.... Only by that path may this world hope to avoid the justice that God intends to bring upon them.

I say that this world will not nor does not and since God is in control can not reject themselves for what they are. Consequently The world reaps the true benefits of their lusts. Death, disease, hatred, starvation, fear, and definitely no peace for them.

Well that is enough opining. The truth of how I feel is that this world is going to get what it deserves and it deserves a fire and brimstone judgment. I wish I could say that I don't wish it upon them but truth is I do. In other words if they won't repent they deserve to die.

Re 9:14Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

Re 9:15And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

Re 9:16And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

Re 9:17"And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. "

Re 9:18By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

Update on my health

My neck is healing ok but this pneumonia is a hanger on. Don't let anyone kid you pneumonia hurts. Your lungs try to fill up with fluid and then your muscles try to get the fluid out. Cramp. You can feel every air sac. And we have a lot of them in our lungs.
I thought I had gotten rid of it but nope. It came back like the terminator. My Doctor changed anti-biotics and the second one Avalox didn't touch the stuff. In fact it made me feel like I had the flu. Finally he put me back on the first, Spectracef and within hours some of my air sacs started opening up in my right lung. The Doc wanted me to go to a respiratory specialist. I vetoed that and asked that he allow me to continue on with the anti biotic that gave me results. He was worried that I might have lung cancer. I said lets try this first "if I have a choice" because if I had lung cancer I didn't want to know about it.
I told him that I would just let it kill me if I had cancer. That set off a whole series of questions concerning my mental health. Just like in 1996 as I was struggling against my own family concerning there lackadaisical attitude towards worshiping Jesus.I reassured him it was a conscious choice. I had seen too many people with cancer suffer through the chemo and surgeries only to have the efforts be a failure. In the mean time they lost valuable quality of life time. Plus I told him that earth is just not my home.
Anyway back to my lungs. I am confident that it is just bacteriological in nature and not cancer.

Ya-Hoo

Up in smoke stacks
Larry Kudlow
June 3, 2004

Election-year battleground states in the Midwest industrial heartland are reporting significantly lower unemployment rates compared to one year ago, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. In April, Michigan registered a 6 percent jobless rate compared to 7.2 percent in April 2003. Ohio's jobless rate fell to 5.8 percent from 6.2 percent. Pennsylvania's dropped to 4.9 percent from 5.4 percent. West Virginia reported 5.4 percent from 6.6 percent a year earlier. Missouri's jobless tally dropped to 4.5 percent from 5.5 percent.

Americans are turning into liars

And they are lying about being liars. Like-who are they hiding from?

Get Jail Time For This Resume Lie.
The newest trend in resume writing is to lie. We're not talking about a slight exaggeration here and there. We're talking outright lies told very convincingly, especially about academic degrees that were never earned. To pull this off, some unscrupulous candidates frustrated by a difficult and uncertain job market, have gone so far as to provide their prospective bosses with toll-free telephone numbers that are answered by Web site operators who "verify" the academic qualifications listed on the resume, reports Reuters. Others have actually hacked into university Web sites to add their names to the list of graduates.

But before you decide to embellish your background with out and out lies that you have rigged to be "verified" as if they were the truth, know this: You could be committing a felony. Get caught and convicted, and it could land you in jail. And that's not all. If you claim to have an academic degree you didn't earn and it leads to higher pay, you could be accused of criminal fraud by your employer--even if this is discovered years later. "Candidates are allegedly breaking the law to get a particular job or promotion, and that is pretty much going to the full extent of the limit," Scott Pustizzi, vice president at The Human Equation, Florida-based human resources consultants, told Reuters.

Think only a handful of people are doing this?
You may be surprised. Reuters reports that the background search firm ADP Screening and Selection Services, found that more than 50 percent of the people on whom it conducted employment and education checks in 2003 had submitted false information, compared with about 40 percent in 2002. Companies are fighting back. Their best weapon against fraudulent resumes is a more thorough background check of candidates and even long-time employees. This includes not only references, but also criminal checks. If you're job-hunting, you will likely have to prove you really did earn your degree. Expect to be asked to have an official transcript of your grades sent by your alma mater directly to the prospective employer--without going to you first.

Book of Daniel

This guy when he comes is going to be a real buzzard but again never fear when he tries to go against Jesus directly he is going to be crushed no sweat.

Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

policy
From H7919; intelligence; by implication success: - discretion, knowledge, policy, prudence, sense, understanding, wisdom, wise.

craft
From H7411 in the sense of deceiving; fraud: - craft, deceit (-ful, -fully), false, feigned, guile, subtilly, treachery.

prosper
A primitive root; to push forward, in various senses (literally or figuratively, transitively or intransitively): - break out, come (mightily), go over, be good, be meet, be profitable, (cause to, effect, make to, send) prosper (-ity, -ous, -ously).

peace
From H7951; security (genuine or false): - abundance, peace (-ably), prosperity, quietness.

destroy
A primitive root; to decay, that is, (causatively) ruin (literally or figuratively): - batter, cast off, corrupt (-er, thing), destroy (-er, -uction), lose, mar, perish, spill, spoiler, X utterly, waste (-r).

broken
A primitive root; to burst (literally or figuratively): - break (down, off, in pieces, up), broken ([-hearted]), bring to the birth, crush, destroy, hurt, quench, X quite, tear, view [by mistake for

hand
A primitive word; a hand (the open one (indicating power, means, direction, etc.), in distinction from H3709, the closed one); used (as noun, adverb, etc.) in a great variety of applications, both literally and figuratively, both proximate and remote: - (+ be) able, X about, + armholes, at, axletree, because of, beside, border, X bounty, + broad, [broken-] handed, X by, charge, coast, + consecrate, + creditor, custody, debt, dominion, X enough, + fellowship, force, X from, hand [-staves, -y work], X he, himself, X in, labour, + large, ledge, [left-] handed, means, X mine, ministry, near, X of, X order, ordinance, X our, parts, pain, power, X presumptuously, service, side, sore, state, stay, draw with strength, stroke, + swear, terror, X thee, X by them, X them-selves, X thine own, X thou, through, X throwing, + thumb, times, X to, X under, X us, X wait on, [way-] side, where, + wide, X with (him, me, you), work, + yield, X your-selves.

I want to point out a few pertenant things about this particular fellow. He is probably not just smart but extremely smart and coniving. He works for the express purpose of treachery. He uses peace or the perception of peace as a weapon to destroy his enemies by either subtlety or just allowing them to whither on the vine so to speak.
The guy get's so full of himself and puffed up and takes a shot at Jesus. And this is where it all goes wrong. Crunch.

Doomsday commeth

I love scaring the bleep out of idiots. So here is an article concerning the longevity of men from Nova, whose desire to show this phenomenon for informative purposes has nothing to do with my correlating it with Biblical prophecy.

We've learned that Earth's atmosphere is protected from the solar wind by our magnetosphere. Even so, some solar wind energy does enter our magnetosphere and atmosphere and can cause a small amount of our atmosphere to be launched into space. We need to understand this loss of our atmosphere in order to understand our planet's environmental stability over a long time period.

___________________________________________________________

The Magnetosphere

Magnetic Field Is Fading, but No Dire Effects Are Foreseen

Scientists have known for some time that the magnetic field is in fact collapsing, at a rate faster than it would if flows of molten iron in the core had stopped completely.

There was a cool NOVA episode on this very topic. Bottom line is we are overdue by tens of thousands of years for a flip of the poles. The theory is that the field will weaken, then flip, then go back to normal. Rinse, lather, repeat. It won’t happen in my lifetime (probably), but it will happen soon, geologically speaking of course.Posted at December 12, 2003 09:02 AM
Archived in: Sci-Tech

___________________________________________________________

Excerpts from the program concerning magnetosphere

PETER OLSON (Johns Hopkins University): The Earth's magnetic field has been our protector for millennia, and now, it appears, it's about to go away.

PETER OLSON: Today something very strange is going on with the Earth's magnetic field: its strength is rapidly decreasing, so fast that at the current rate it will last only into the next millennium.

_________________________________________________________________

My opinion on the matter is that I believe scientists are right in that we are long overdue for a flip in the magnetosphere the question is will life as we know it survive during this transition and or will the magnetosphere completely disappear with similar consequences that Mars experienced?

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. Hm no sea. Just like Mars.

That is virtually no atmosphere and unfortunately unless we as men can find a way to restart the mars magnetic field we would not be able to terraform mars because according to scientists the solar wind would just blow the atmosphere right off of the planetary surface. Now you want to talk about a macro-project. Whoo-ee! I say that mankind could probably figure it out but would we be able to convince the majority of mankind that it would be worth the expense?

I would like to think that mankind would still be around for many many thousands of years but I think that God has other plans and isn't it quite a coincidence that the projected collapse occurs about the same time as the Great White Throne judgment?

Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither, had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Back to Daniel

Dan 8:13 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spoke,How long, shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

There is something very interesting here I have found through Strongs Dictionary pertaining to the phrase; transgression of desolation, it means literally "revolt of stupidity".

I believe that there is a trend here in the U.S. we have been calling the dumbing down of America. Funny how many people both intellectually and not are embracing their idiocy and the brainlessness of others. Almost like they are worshipping stupidity. Even worse-there appears to be a worldwide epidemic of, for lack of better words, numbness.

I think I shall label this the time of the transgression of desolation .

Never fear though folks-it goes away, and the sanctuary of righteousness cleanses itself. Huh? That appears to be happening right now.

About dogs

We have a little old Chi wow wow. His name is Mickey. What a presumptous dog. He is about 15 years old and blind. And talk about a gas bag. I wish I had the technology to hook his butt up to a lamp we could save about 15 dollars a month on our electric bill.

That's Minnesnowta for you

Minn. Cracks Down on Underpriced Gasoline
By PATRICK HOWE

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Just in time for the Memorial Day weekend and as the cost of gasoline continues to climb, Minnesota is cracking down on service stations over gas prices. Prices that are too low, that is.

Update on link to the article concerning Minnisota cracking down on gas prices: The link failed so the only thing I can assure is that it is a fact that (since I lived in Minnisnowta for about 7 years) that they indeed do have laws that require gas stations to charge a certain amount above cost. The minimum used to be 2 cent a gallon but I guess with the passing of time that it has risen to 8 cent.

The idea is to keep the voracious from under pricing the mom and pop operations. In Minnisota(oops spelled it right by mistake) they find value in those one horse operations. Ok.

I have recently heard rumor that Hospitals get tax breakes for hiring foreign Doctors for staff. A hospital that I know has run off all of it's white American born staff just so they could make a buck from uncle sam. WRONG! By the way that is Bill Clinton and Dumbocrat party crap.

Here is another incredible rumor. All along the freeways and in local gas stations here in Georgia, foreigners have been buyiing up the freeway motels and older gas stations. They do this because they are getting interest free loans to purchase them. They also have been bringing in foreign employees who do not have to pay taxes of any kind. I have also heard the rumor that India still employs slavery. Bill Clinton and the Dumbocrats. Non- Christians apparentely don't see anything wrong with this.

I do , and I am voting Republican and Christian. Don't like it? Tuff!

The beverage battles

Coffee Protects You From THIS Disease If you are at risk for liver disease, then drinking caffeinated coffee, tea, and soda may help protect you from getting it, HealthDayNews reports of a new study from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. Previous research has reached a similar conclusion, although scientists are still baffled as to why caffeine protects against liver disease. "Caffeine blocks one receptor found in the brain and liver. This may have immunological effects, but this is really speculative," lead researcher Dr. James E. Everhart told HealthDayNews.

The study: Along with Dr. Constance E. Ruhl from Social and Scientific Systems in Silver Spring, Maryland, Everhart collected data on 5,944 men and women who were at high risk for liver injury either from excessive drinking, hepatitis B or C, iron overload, obesity, or impaired sugar metabolism. The participants were asked, among many other questions, how much coffee, tea, and soft drinks they consumed.

The results: The more caffeinated beverages these people drank, the less likely they were to develop liver injury, no matter their age, gender, or ethnic group. The study findings were presented to a Digestive Disease Week meeting in New Orleans.

Voter initiative under attack

***************
COMMON SENSE
***************

The voters in Wyoming will very likely throw these two bums out.

___________________________________________________________________________
I think they've all got copies of the same rulebook.

Two years ago, two career politicians in Montana -- a
Democratic senator and a Republican senator -- filed
an "emergency" lawsuit against Montana's term limits
law. This was some ten years after voters had passed
it.

The Montana lawsuit failed, but now the Wyoming
Supreme Court has ruled 5-0 to outlaw the statutory
term limits which Wyoming voters had passed in 1992
by a whopping 77 percent majority.

As in Montana, the Wyoming lawsuit was filed by two
state legislators, a Democrat and a Republican, about
to be termed out of office. Yep. Politicians are
always cheerfully bipartisan when their entrenched
incumbency is at stake.

The pair claimed that the voters' exercise of the
right of citizen initiative was "unconstitutional."
Even though it was exercised just as it was intended
to be exercised -- as a curb of the arrogance and
excess of officeholders refusing to listen to their
own constituents.

Fortunately, not all Wyoming legislators are so
cynical. After the decision, Representative Becket
Hinckley of Cheyenne immediately proposed a
constitutional amendment to impose term limits once
again. If passed, such an amendment could not be
unilaterally weakened by the career politicians (who
had already stretched a six-year limit to a 12-year
limit). And such an amendment could not be
unilaterally revoked by the court, either.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. The battle ahead is
going to be a tough one, but in previous fights with
their legislators, Wyoming voters have proven they
don't give in easily.

This is Common Sense. I'm Paul Jacob.

This State Is Hostile to Rich People

If you want to be wealthy and enjoy the fruit of your labor, don't live in Rhode Island. According to Bloomberg Wealth Manager magazine, a monthly publication for financial planners and investment advisers, the country's smallest state is also the country's most wealth-hostile state. Why? Rhode Island will nickel-and-dime your money right out of your bank account in high taxes aimed especially at the rich. Other states that are noted for being "wealth-hostile" are Wisconsin, New York, Vermont, and Nebraska.

Where do you want to live if you're rich? Wyoming. It has been named the wealth-friendliest state when it comes to keeping the rich rich. According to the editors of Bloomberg Wealth Manager magazine, Wyoming kept "the wealth in the hands of the breadwinners, not the state government." And that's not likely to change soon. Wyoming actually has projected a state budget surplus of $1 billion over the next two years. Other states that earned high marks for "wealth-friendliness": Nevada, Tennessee, Alabama, and Alaska.

Wealth-friendliness was determined based on the impact of state taxes on salary, real estate, personal property, and retirement assets for four hypothetical families. In addition, the editors ran exhaustive research on tax codes and effects in each state. The results vividly demonstrate how tax bite can vary from state to state--and how each state's burden can change depending on the nature of one's assets. "For example, the identical set of financial parameters that generated a tax bill of $7,259 last year in tax-friendly Wyoming could have cost a family $56,419 in tax-hell Rhode Island," write the editors.

Why I am voting the way I am voting.

Do you people realize that under the Reagan and Bush administrations crime decreased and freedom increased, but under the 8 years of the Clinton administration crime increased and freedoms decreased. I wouldn't vote for a lemoncrats if they were the only party on the ballot.

I think if that were the case I would write in Jesus Christ(Better than Mr Potato head).

Polls

Do you people know in previous presidential election campaigns, the number of times the three news media companies ABC,NBC and CBS were right about who was ahead in the polls? Exactly squat. Not once were they correct.

Second question I have is have you people ever taken a poll from one of these companies? I have. It gave me a knew insight into the word unscientific. The questions were all slanted. I started to answer the questions and then abruptly refused to finish the poll. I could see that what they were asking for had nothing to do with reality. Of course that was somewhere around 7 to 8 years ago so I don't even remember the questions.

An example of the state of mind of our youth today

A Bizarre Secret Princeton Wants to Hide

Since March, 10 students attending the prestigious Princeton University have been arrested for shoplifting from an area store, reports The Associated Press of a published report in The Times of Trenton. The university refuses to comment or acknowledge the incidents, which has led municipal prosecutor Marc Citron to tell The Times of Trenton that the shoplifting is the university's "little secret."

"Everybody wants to hide it," declared Citron. "Nobody wants to think that a Princeton University student, a future secretary of state...would dare to commit a shoplifting." The items swiped include razor blades, cosmetics, sushi, and clothing. They were taken from the Princeton University Store, which is part bookstore and part convenience store and is independent from the university. Recently installed security cameras led to the arrests. The students were charged with misdemeanors, notes AP. !

Until now, Citron said he knew of two reasons why people would shoplift: They steal to buy drugs or they have psychological problems. Now he has a third reason. Citron told AP, "And No. 3 is the Princeton University student, and I am not quite sure what category they fall into. What troubles me is that some of the students feel that they are so privileged, that they have the privilege (to steal)." The students have not even been apologetic in their court appearances, he said.

Like I keep saying. The youth of our day are not getting the proper upbringing at home which armours our kids against this sort of behavior.
Our children are a blank slate and what we write on the chalk board of their lives is paramount to the success of the next generation. And for this Generation which we may have to rely upon them for our sustenance and economic health as a nation it is tantamount to national suicide, to not say the things that they need to hear. Such as: Thou shalt not steal. Respect other peoples property and lives. be good to your neighbor as you would be good to yourself. If we don't properly indoctrinate our children in the area of being a good honest, upright, forthright child we can expect to be rewarded by a generation that does not appreciate the sacrifice we made to bring them into the world and they will take for granted the lives that they have and they will destroy the foundation of the nation which we have created that shelters and protects them for the sake of their children.

If I were an employer I would want this very kind of employee because they are more productive than a liar, cheater, and thief who is just sitting thier trying to figure out how they are can rip off the company they work for. If Enron would have had a company filled top to bottom with these kind of people there would have been no Enron debacle.

Thomas Sewell.

I'll let this one speak for itself. WAAA HOOO!

Federal Income Taxes are unconstitutional

Here is a site and an article concerning some rumors that I have been hearing lately.

One of the rumors that I have heard is that the 16th amendment was not ratified. The other one now is that the Federal government is not apportioning the taxes collected properly. Another apparent conflict is that the 16th amendment looks to conflict with the original constitution.

I think these are valid arguments concerning my discourse about the fact that the Federal Government has not been following the constitution for over one hundred years and that may explain the reason why people have an underlying disrespect for our Government and country as a whole. I don't care how much people are lied to there is a point of discomfort with what our government is doing that goes beyond describing.
I have no doubts that this is a root cause of G.B. having such a hard time with his efforts. Not that the people have any reason to doubt his desires but that he is not giving the things of the constitution proper attention and redress concerning the correct authorization and use of power by our Government. The people are right to feel that the Government we have today is not built on a rock solid foundation but on shifting sand so to speak and as such people though probably financially secure are not secure in any of their social life.

Funny thing about it people are exacerbating their insecurities by accumulating an ever increasing amount of debt. Maybe the pundits of old were right in the fact that the masses are like a herd animal being led to a slaughter. With that I give a hearty HA HA, I told you so. Don't ask me to join y'all , that's all your own problems.

Many many times I have heard people say that they just don't know what the future may bring. I don't blame them when they are whipsawed back and forth between liberal dumbocrats and Republicans. By the way it is the blindocrats that got the 16th amendment passed and are the main offenders of the constitution as if we didn't already know that, and I have no doubts that Kerry, if he was to win would continue to insult the very document that would have gotten him the job in the most powerful nation in the world.
Here is another dichotomy. How can the U.S.A. profess it's ideals of Republic when it itself is not following it's own advice?

Like I said people even though they may not have a conscious knowledge of what's going on, somewhere in their subconscious they know that things aren't right. So until another Ronald Reagan comes along and spells out what he is going to do and then does it or tries to do it, it won't matter whether it's a Demoncrat or a Republican in office they will experience (in the words of the great King James I and IV)nuthin but trouble.

Anyway here is an excerpt and a link to the article site. I think you may find it enlightening

FACT #10: Congress passed an Act in 1894 to impose a tax on the incomes of citizens and resident aliens of the United States. The constitutionality of the Act was challenged in 1895 and the Supreme Court said that the law was UNCONSTITUTIONAL because it was a DIRECT TAX that was not apportioned as the Constitution required. (see Pollock v. Farmer's Loan & Trust Co., 157 US 429 [1895]).

The parable of the Lambs and the goats.

The Demoncrats symbol should not be a jackass but a goat. Though they say they by their liberal ideals support the very things that these verses describe I have yet to see them bear fruit. In fact they have born nothing but thorns. Mat 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
In fact, I don't see them doing anything remotely like this. The only peoples I see doing these things regularly, and consistantly are the Christians.

Mat 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
Mat 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Mat 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Mat 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Mat 25:35 For I was hungry, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
Mat 25:36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
Mat 25:37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
Mat 25:38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
Mat 25:39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
Mat 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as, ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Motivations

A truth motivated person must be merciless in order to convey the truth otherwise that person does absolutely no one any good. They would never tell anyone what they need to hear. And sometimes what a person needs to hear profoundly improves their lives.

The Demoncrats are not a truth motivated organization. They never tell people what they need to hear they only tell people what the demoncrats want people to hear.
