About dogs

We have a little old Chi wow wow. His name is Mickey. What a presumptous dog. He is about 15 years old and blind. And talk about a gas bag. I wish I had the technology to hook his butt up to a lamp we could save about 15 dollars a month on our electric bill.

That's Minnesnowta for you

Minn. Cracks Down on Underpriced Gasoline
By PATRICK HOWE

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Just in time for the Memorial Day weekend and as the cost of gasoline continues to climb, Minnesota is cracking down on service stations over gas prices. Prices that are too low, that is.

Update on link to the article concerning Minnisota cracking down on gas prices: The link failed so the only thing I can assure is that it is a fact that (since I lived in Minnisnowta for about 7 years) that they indeed do have laws that require gas stations to charge a certain amount above cost. The minimum used to be 2 cent a gallon but I guess with the passing of time that it has risen to 8 cent.

The idea is to keep the voracious from under pricing the mom and pop operations. In Minnisota(oops spelled it right by mistake) they find value in those one horse operations. Ok.

I have recently heard rumor that Hospitals get tax breakes for hiring foreign Doctors for staff. A hospital that I know has run off all of it's white American born staff just so they could make a buck from uncle sam. WRONG! By the way that is Bill Clinton and Dumbocrat party crap.

Here is another incredible rumor. All along the freeways and in local gas stations here in Georgia, foreigners have been buyiing up the freeway motels and older gas stations. They do this because they are getting interest free loans to purchase them. They also have been bringing in foreign employees who do not have to pay taxes of any kind. I have also heard the rumor that India still employs slavery. Bill Clinton and the Dumbocrats. Non- Christians apparentely don't see anything wrong with this.

I do , and I am voting Republican and Christian. Don't like it? Tuff!

The beverage battles

Coffee Protects You From THIS Disease If you are at risk for liver disease, then drinking caffeinated coffee, tea, and soda may help protect you from getting it, HealthDayNews reports of a new study from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. Previous research has reached a similar conclusion, although scientists are still baffled as to why caffeine protects against liver disease. "Caffeine blocks one receptor found in the brain and liver. This may have immunological effects, but this is really speculative," lead researcher Dr. James E. Everhart told HealthDayNews.

The study: Along with Dr. Constance E. Ruhl from Social and Scientific Systems in Silver Spring, Maryland, Everhart collected data on 5,944 men and women who were at high risk for liver injury either from excessive drinking, hepatitis B or C, iron overload, obesity, or impaired sugar metabolism. The participants were asked, among many other questions, how much coffee, tea, and soft drinks they consumed.

The results: The more caffeinated beverages these people drank, the less likely they were to develop liver injury, no matter their age, gender, or ethnic group. The study findings were presented to a Digestive Disease Week meeting in New Orleans.

Voter initiative under attack

***************
COMMON SENSE
***************

The voters in Wyoming will very likely throw these two bums out.

___________________________________________________________________________
I think they've all got copies of the same rulebook.

Two years ago, two career politicians in Montana -- a
Democratic senator and a Republican senator -- filed
an "emergency" lawsuit against Montana's term limits
law. This was some ten years after voters had passed
it.

The Montana lawsuit failed, but now the Wyoming
Supreme Court has ruled 5-0 to outlaw the statutory
term limits which Wyoming voters had passed in 1992
by a whopping 77 percent majority.

As in Montana, the Wyoming lawsuit was filed by two
state legislators, a Democrat and a Republican, about
to be termed out of office. Yep. Politicians are
always cheerfully bipartisan when their entrenched
incumbency is at stake.

The pair claimed that the voters' exercise of the
right of citizen initiative was "unconstitutional."
Even though it was exercised just as it was intended
to be exercised -- as a curb of the arrogance and
excess of officeholders refusing to listen to their
own constituents.

Fortunately, not all Wyoming legislators are so
cynical. After the decision, Representative Becket
Hinckley of Cheyenne immediately proposed a
constitutional amendment to impose term limits once
again. If passed, such an amendment could not be
unilaterally weakened by the career politicians (who
had already stretched a six-year limit to a 12-year
limit). And such an amendment could not be
unilaterally revoked by the court, either.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. The battle ahead is
going to be a tough one, but in previous fights with
their legislators, Wyoming voters have proven they
don't give in easily.

This is Common Sense. I'm Paul Jacob.

This State Is Hostile to Rich People

If you want to be wealthy and enjoy the fruit of your labor, don't live in Rhode Island. According to Bloomberg Wealth Manager magazine, a monthly publication for financial planners and investment advisers, the country's smallest state is also the country's most wealth-hostile state. Why? Rhode Island will nickel-and-dime your money right out of your bank account in high taxes aimed especially at the rich. Other states that are noted for being "wealth-hostile" are Wisconsin, New York, Vermont, and Nebraska.

Where do you want to live if you're rich? Wyoming. It has been named the wealth-friendliest state when it comes to keeping the rich rich. According to the editors of Bloomberg Wealth Manager magazine, Wyoming kept "the wealth in the hands of the breadwinners, not the state government." And that's not likely to change soon. Wyoming actually has projected a state budget surplus of $1 billion over the next two years. Other states that earned high marks for "wealth-friendliness": Nevada, Tennessee, Alabama, and Alaska.

Wealth-friendliness was determined based on the impact of state taxes on salary, real estate, personal property, and retirement assets for four hypothetical families. In addition, the editors ran exhaustive research on tax codes and effects in each state. The results vividly demonstrate how tax bite can vary from state to state--and how each state's burden can change depending on the nature of one's assets. "For example, the identical set of financial parameters that generated a tax bill of $7,259 last year in tax-friendly Wyoming could have cost a family $56,419 in tax-hell Rhode Island," write the editors.

Why I am voting the way I am voting.

Do you people realize that under the Reagan and Bush administrations crime decreased and freedom increased, but under the 8 years of the Clinton administration crime increased and freedoms decreased. I wouldn't vote for a lemoncrats if they were the only party on the ballot.

I think if that were the case I would write in Jesus Christ(Better than Mr Potato head).

Polls

Do you people know in previous presidential election campaigns, the number of times the three news media companies ABC,NBC and CBS were right about who was ahead in the polls? Exactly squat. Not once were they correct.

Second question I have is have you people ever taken a poll from one of these companies? I have. It gave me a knew insight into the word unscientific. The questions were all slanted. I started to answer the questions and then abruptly refused to finish the poll. I could see that what they were asking for had nothing to do with reality. Of course that was somewhere around 7 to 8 years ago so I don't even remember the questions.

An example of the state of mind of our youth today

A Bizarre Secret Princeton Wants to Hide

Since March, 10 students attending the prestigious Princeton University have been arrested for shoplifting from an area store, reports The Associated Press of a published report in The Times of Trenton. The university refuses to comment or acknowledge the incidents, which has led municipal prosecutor Marc Citron to tell The Times of Trenton that the shoplifting is the university's "little secret."

"Everybody wants to hide it," declared Citron. "Nobody wants to think that a Princeton University student, a future secretary of state...would dare to commit a shoplifting." The items swiped include razor blades, cosmetics, sushi, and clothing. They were taken from the Princeton University Store, which is part bookstore and part convenience store and is independent from the university. Recently installed security cameras led to the arrests. The students were charged with misdemeanors, notes AP. !

Until now, Citron said he knew of two reasons why people would shoplift: They steal to buy drugs or they have psychological problems. Now he has a third reason. Citron told AP, "And No. 3 is the Princeton University student, and I am not quite sure what category they fall into. What troubles me is that some of the students feel that they are so privileged, that they have the privilege (to steal)." The students have not even been apologetic in their court appearances, he said.

___________________________________________________________

Like I keep saying. The youth of our day are not getting the proper upbringing at home which armours our kids against this sort of behavior.
Our children are a blank slate and what we write on the chalk board of their lives is paramount to the success of the next generation. And for this Generation which we may have to rely upon them for our sustenance and economic health as a nation it is tantamount to national suicide, to not say the things that they need to hear. Such as: Thou shalt not steal. Respect other peoples property and lives. be good to your neighbor as you would be good to yourself. If we don't properly indoctrinate our children in the area of being a good honest, upright, forthright child we can expect to be rewarded by a generation that does not appreciate the sacrifice we made to bring them into the world and they will take for granted the lives that they have and they will destroy the foundation of the nation which we have created that shelters and protects them for the sake of their children.

If I were an employer I would want this very kind of employee because they are more productive than a liar, cheater, and thief who is just sitting thier trying to figure out how they are can rip off the company they work for. If Enron would have had a company filled top to bottom with these kind of people there would have been no Enron debacle.

Thomas Sewell.

I'll let this one speak for itself. WAAA HOOO!

Federal Income Taxes are unconstitutional

Here is a site and an article concerning some rumors that I have been hearing lately.

One of the rumors that I have heard is that the 16th amendment was not ratified. The other one now is that the Federal government is not apportioning the taxes collected properly. Another apparent conflict is that the 16th amendment looks to conflict with the original constitution.

I think these are valid arguments concerning my discourse about the fact that the Federal Government has not been following the constitution for over one hundred years and that may explain the reason why people have an underlying disrespect for our Government and country as a whole. I don't care how much people are lied to there is a point of discomfort with what our government is doing that goes beyond describing.
I have no doubts that this is a root cause of G.B. having such a hard time with his efforts. Not that the people have any reason to doubt his desires but that he is not giving the things of the constitution proper attention and redress concerning the correct authorization and use of power by our Government. The people are right to feel that the Government we have today is not built on a rock solid foundation but on shifting sand so to speak and as such people though probably financially secure are not secure in any of their social life.

Funny thing about it people are exacerbating their insecurities by accumulating an ever increasing amount of debt. Maybe the pundits of old were right in the fact that the masses are like a herd animal being led to a slaughter. With that I give a hearty HA HA, I told you so. Don't ask me to join y'all , that's all your own problems.

Many many times I have heard people say that they just don't know what the future may bring. I don't blame them when they are whipsawed back and forth between liberal dumbocrats and Republicans. By the way it is the blindocrats that got the 16th amendment passed and are the main offenders of the constitution as if we didn't already know that, and I have no doubts that Kerry, if he was to win would continue to insult the very document that would have gotten him the job in the most powerful nation in the world.
Here is another dichotomy. How can the U.S.A. profess it's ideals of Republic when it itself is not following it's own advice?

Like I said people even though they may not have a conscious knowledge of what's going on, somewhere in their subconscious they know that things aren't right. So until another Ronald Reagan comes along and spells out what he is going to do and then does it or tries to do it, it won't matter whether it's a Demoncrat or a Republican in office they will experience (in the words of the great King James I and IV)nuthin but trouble.

Anyway here is an excerpt and a link to the article site. I think you may find it enlightening

FACT #10: Congress passed an Act in 1894 to impose a tax on the incomes of citizens and resident aliens of the United States. The constitutionality of the Act was challenged in 1895 and the Supreme Court said that the law was UNCONSTITUTIONAL because it was a DIRECT TAX that was not apportioned as the Constitution required. (see Pollock v. Farmer's Loan & Trust Co., 157 US 429 [1895]).

The parable of the Lambs and the goats.

The Demoncrats symbol should not be a jackass but a goat. Though they say they by their liberal ideals support the very things that these verses describe I have yet to see them bear fruit. In fact they have born nothing but thorns. Mat 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
In fact, I don't see them doing anything remotely like this. The only peoples I see doing these things regularly, and consistantly are the Christians.

Mat 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
Mat 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Mat 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Mat 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Mat 25:35 For I was hungry, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
Mat 25:36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
Mat 25:37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
Mat 25:38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
Mat 25:39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
Mat 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as, ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Motivations

A truth motivated person must be merciless in order to convey the truth otherwise that person does absolutely no one any good. They would never tell anyone what they need to hear. And sometimes what a person needs to hear profoundly improves their lives.

The Demoncrats are not a truth motivated organization. They never tell people what they need to hear they only tell people what the demoncrats want people to hear.

A Marine sees what defeatists don't By Ben Connable
RAMADI, Iraq — This is my third deployment with the 1st Marine Division to the Middle East.
This is the third time I've heard the quavering cries of the talking heads predicting failure and calling for withdrawal.
This is the third time I find myself shaking my head in disbelief.
Setbacks and tragedy are part and parcel of war and must be accepted on the battlefield. We can and will achieve our goals in Iraq.
Waiting for war in the Saudi Arabian desert as a young corporal in 1991, I recall reading news clippings portending massive tank battles, fiery death from Saddam Hussein's "flame trenches" and bitter defeat at the hands of the fourth-largest army in the world. My platoon was told to expect 75% casualties. Being Marines and, therefore, naturally cocky, we still felt pretty good about our abilities.
The panicky predictions failed to come true. The flame trenches sputtered. Nobody from my platoon died. Strength, ingenuity and willpower won the day. Crushing the fourth-largest army in the world in four days seemed to crush the doubts back home.
Twelve years passed, during which time America was faced with frustrating actions in Somalia and the Balkans. Doubt had begun to creep back into public debate.
In the spring of last year, I was a Marine captain, back with the division for Operation Iraqi Freedom. As I waited for war in the desert, just 100 miles to the north from our stepping-off point in 1991, I was again subjected to the panicky analyses of talking heads. There weren't enough troops to do the job, the oil fields would be destroyed, we couldn't fight in urban terrain, our offensive would grind to a halt, and we should expect more than 10,000 casualties.
Remembering my experience in Desert Storm, I took these assessments with a grain of salt. As a staff officer in the division command post, I was able to follow the larger battle as we moved forward. I knew that our tempo was keeping the enemy on his heels and that our plan would lead us to victory.
But war is never clean and simple. Mourning our losses quietly, the Marines drove to Baghdad, then to Tikrit, liberating the Iraqi people while losing fewer men than were lost in Desert Storm.
In May of last year, I was sitting with some fellow officers back in Diwaniyah, Iraq, the offensive successful and the country liberated from Saddam. I received a copy of a March 30 U.S. newspaper on Iraq in an old package that had finally made its way to the front. The stories: horror in Nasariyah, faltering supply lines and demonstrations in Cairo. The mood of the paper was impenetrably gloomy, and predictions of disaster abounded. The offensive was stalled; everyone was running out of supplies; we would be forced to withdraw.
The Arab world was about to ignite into a fireball of rage, and the Middle East was on the verge of collapse. If I had read those stories on March 30, I would have had a tough time either restraining my laughter or, conversely, falling into a funk. I was concerned about the bizarre kaleidoscope image of Iraq presented to the American people by writers viewing the world through a soda straw.
Returning to Iraq this past February, I knew that the Marines had a tremendous opportunity to follow through on our promises to the Iraqi people.
Believing in the mission, many Marines volunteered to return. I again found myself in the division headquarters.
Just weeks ago, I read that the supply lines were cut, ammunition and food were dwindling, the "Sunni Triangle" was exploding, cleric Muqtada al-Sadr was leading a widespread Shiite revolt, and the country was nearing civil war.
As I write this, the supply lines are open, there's plenty of ammunition and food, the Sunni Triangle is back to status quo, and Sadr is marginalized in Najaf. Once again, dire predictions of failure and disaster have been dismissed by American willpower and military professionalism.
War is inherently ugly and dramatic. I don't blame reporters for focusing on the burning vehicles, the mutilated bodies or the personal tragedies. The editors have little choice but to print the photos from the Abu Ghraib prison and the tales of the insurgency in Fallujah. These things sell news and remind us of the sober reality of our commitment to the Iraqi people. The actions of our armed forces are rightfully subject to scrutiny.
I am not ignorant of the political issues, either. But as a professional, I have the luxury of putting politics aside and focusing on the task at hand. Protecting people from terrorists and criminals while building schools and lasting friendships is a good mission, no matter what brush it's tarred with.
Nothing any talking head will say can deter me or my fellow Marines from caring about the people of Iraq, or take away from the sacrifices of our comrades. Fear in the face of adversity is human nature, and many people who take the counsel of their fears speak today. We are not deaf to their cries; neither do we take heed. All we ask is that Americans stand by us by supporting not just the troops, but also the mission.
We'll take care of the rest.
Maj. Ben Connable is serving as a foreign-area officer and intelligence officer with the 1st Marine Division.

Book Report

The Shiva Option:

My favorite theme these days. Total annihilation. This is a book about mankind faced with the ultimate challenge. A species of life with which there is no communicating, blunders into mankind and inspite of every effort by men to open channels of communication the aliens won't or can't negotiate. Sound familiar? God won't talk with the world so the world thinks-only God is at the door to every mans heart knocking but it turns out that the world won't hear-or is it cannot hear? Hm. Makes me wonder who the aliens are in this book. Mankind as the world knows it or the Aliens. Anyway. At the end of a two book series mankind and mans allies triumph but at a horrendous cost in lives and materiel. Of course the warriors sick of death and mayhem wax philosophic so here is an excerpt from fiction that rings true concerning warriors that are true to themselves and their real cause and purpose in this day and age.

"And when I realized what he was doing and why' I could no longer hate him, mightily though I tried. Oh, how I cherished my hate! It kept me warm, filled me with purpose and the passion of rage, and in the end,the killer of my khanhaku had taken even that from me, for he had reminded me that the true warrior fights not from hate, but from love. Not to destroy, but always and above all to preserve. Do you understand that Raaymmonnd?"

I would like to add that my purpose as a so to speak warrior, is not just to preserve but to restore that which God gave us to begin with. Not just a document; which has unknowingly to the rest of the people in this 6 million square mile plus hunk of realestate known as the United States of America, has been turned into an interesting historical piece, but our way of life and exemplified our very attitude towards living and each other. A government based on a set of ideals that were nearly perfect in their origin but which greedy or intellectual men have reasondly bastdardized into what they think of as utopian in nature and in the meantime basically stepping on the toes of the vast majority of the people in our once great nation.

Because we have not kept the constitution we basically have no rights because there is no one to uphold them defend them then there is no document. No document, no government. No government-then it is only a matter of time until this nation folds up and collapses of it's own weight. I hope it is out with a bang rather than a whimper, I am that angry with the betrayal, but that is neither here nor there. That it will happen is not in question unless I and the few million that feel like me are successful in convincing the people to get up off of their butts and crush any-illegitimate intellectual who thinks that they know the way to utopia . @#$%^%$# they don't. That's a capital @#$%^%$#!

What? Is Blogspot and haloscan going nuts?

CRAAAZy!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Rocks versus Grass

No compromise. I will not compromise concerning God's ideals of what we should be accomplishing concernig perfection. Rock. Ever.

Too bad my internet service just cut off cause you people just missed out on a good lecture concerning right from wrong.

The Television show "Extreme Home Makeover" is an excellent example of what I mean by right from wrong and the effort on my part to explain the limitations that this world has in all things.

Jesus says that "all things in moderation". I want you to notice that he does not say some things in moderation but all things. Paul gives us a helpful understanding of what this means when he says that "all things are lawful but not all things are edifying". In other words he could participate in homosexual behavior but because he loved Jesus and consequently the Father, and knew that God did not approve of any homosexual behavior; he would have nothing to do with it.

The ten commandments are sacrosanct. No compromise. The things spelled out in Moses law. No give. And that includes by the way an eye for an eye.

Extreme home makeover is an excellent show because these people when they finish with a job and get to give the home back to the homeowner, with tears of joy in their eye's have found something that they need to understand is a blessing from God. Those tears of joy come out of God's love for them. They have found God's love and consequently need to understand that this is what they were looking for all their lives. Rock!

Jesus gives probably one of the most important insights into our selves when he tells us to obey his commandments and that we "shall know the truth, and the truth shall set us free".

Wait a minute you say. Isn't one of those people on that show a homosexual and aren't the rest lazy ok with promiscuity. Yup! How do you know that, you ask? I am what I am( not to be confused with , I am that I am) Well how can you accept their works over a Christians works?
God loves them and has given them a great gift of giving that supersedes my own sinful desire to be judgmental. Besides the show is not about their bedroom antics and they keep it that way. It is not about them but the giving that they can accomplish. And I would never take away from them the blessing that God gives to them of joy and the healing in their hearts that comes of the welling up of love. No compromise. Rock! Is that salvation? No. Rock!

Salvation comes upon the realization that we do not have access to heaven or to the Father but by the only one who ever lived a perfect life. Jesus. The knowledge that he is God and that only by him do we have the right to access the Father. The Creator. Love. No blessing can be had except it be given of God. Love. Rock!

A blade of grass, that is a person who would compromise this precept would say that everyone is going to heaven. Yeah right. They may get a momentary taste of heaven during their time of judgment. But that will be it. In fact the reason there may be weaping and gnashing of teath outside the gates is because of that momentary taste.

Ulp-date on Neck Surgery

Well I am coming along. For the most part I have gotten rid of my pneumonia but I still wake up with a little fluid in my Right lung. The muscles around my lower right lobe of the right lung are a little sore from the cramping and coughing but going away.

My neck is and left hip are sore and I still can't get comfortabe in a regular bed so I am sleeping in my recliner which is annoying.

The Doc gave me a soft collar to wear around the house and is a slight improvement over the hard collar which is a major pain in the gluteous. It holds my head at about a 10 degree cant looking up at the ceiling. I hate that and if I am not thinking about it I find mysel fighting it so my lower jaw is a little sore .

I'm bored out of my squash and I have been playing PC games until I'm sick of that also.

I appreciate all the prayers and God has been central to my thoughts continuously throughout this ordeal.

God bless all of you.

What do you mean no womand-I mean WMD?

I hate the acronym WMD. They are NBC or nuclear, chemical, biological weapons. By their nature chemical weapons do no destruction. They just kill people.

By CHRISTOPHER TORCHIA

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - A roadside bomb containing deadly sarin nerve agent exploded near a U.S. military convoy, the U.S. military said Monday. It was apparently a leftover from the Saddam era arsenal, but it was uncertain if more such weapons were in the hands of insurgents.

Ann Coulter strikes again BAAAM

Crazy-Like-A-Fox News Viewer
Ann Coulter

Last year papers were found in Iraqi intelligence headquarters documenting Saddam's feverish efforts to establish a working relationship with al-Qaida. In response to Iraq's generous invitation to pay all travel and hotel expenses, a top aide to Osama bin Laden visited Iraq in 1998, bearing a message from bin Laden. The meeting went so well that bin Laden's aide stayed for a week. Iraq intelligence officers sent a message back to bin Laden, the documents note, concerning "the future of our relationship."
In addition, according to Czech intelligence, a few months before the 9-11 attacks, Mohammed Atta met with Iraqi intelligence agents in Prague.
Finally, a Clinton-appointed federal judge, U.S. District Court judge Harold Baer, has made a legal finding that Iraq was behind the 9-11 attacks -- a ruling upheld by the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals last October. When some judge discovers a right to gay marriage in a 200-year-old document written by John Adams, Americans are forced to treat the decision like the God-given truth. But when a federal judge issues a decision concluding that Iraq was behind the 9-11 attacks, it is a "misperception" being foisted on the nation by Fox News Channel.

David Kay's report said we hadn't found "stockpiles" of WMDs in Iraq, but we have found:

-- chemical and biological weapons systems, plans, "recipes" and equipment, all of which could have resumed production on a moment's notice with Saddam's approval;
-- reference strains of a wide variety of biological-weapons agents (found in the home of a prominent Iraqi biological warfare scientist);
-- new research on brucella and Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever, and continuing work on ricin and aflatoxin;
-- a prison laboratory complex for testing biological weapons on humans;
-- long-range missiles (prohibited by United Nations resolutions) suitable for delivering WMDs;
-- documents showing Saddam tried to obtain long-range ballistic missiles from North Korea;
-- facilities for manufacturing fuel propellant useful only for prohibited Scud-variant missiles.

Liars and power mongers

While the Demoncrats (not misspelled by accident) left are screeching about the atrocity that occurred in a now not obscure prison committed by American military and intelligence personel they continue to ignore the same atrocities committed by their own liberal supporters here in the not so good ol USA. In the colleges and left hearted (Ecc 10:2 A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left. ) institutions; as in my just previous blog states; that if these skunks and stinky snakes don't pull the board out of their own eye
(Mat 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?) , and if America doesn't let them go (ie. fire them permanently) they will pull this nation down to secondary status and we the people instead of being independent from the rest of the world. We whose ancestors fled European Tierney ( a derivative of the word terror by the way) will once again be beholden to the European idiots that got us into WWI and WWII and without a strong U.S, there won't be anyone to come to the rescue.

If it were a matter of the U.S. being left alone that would be no big deal but the fact that these left wing nutzi's want to enslave the U.S. economy for their own greedy purposes at least that appears to be their goal.
At the very least they lack any understanding at all of what make the American economy go. It is you and I the worker. We by our ingenuity and hard work earning a living with an eye towards ever increasing labor saving and efficiency that makes this economy work. Not the love of money but the drive towards freedom that is the desire of men on earth.
This drive and productivity comes from a residual for honesty and the desire to do the will of, you guessed it, God, by his Son Jesus Christ. The desire to do right is a gift out of God which he bequeaths upon a man immediately upon asking Jesus to save them.

These left demoncrats (small case on purpose) think that if people would just do the things; modified of course, that Christians do then they could be just a successful. Unfortunately the opposite is true as exemplified in the dramatically increased crime rates including rapes, molestations, and incest. To me; crimes which needs the punishment of the perpetrators hung by their balls.

Montana School District Sued Over Sexually Suggestive Survey of Kids

By Allie Martin and Jody Brown
May 14, 2004
(AgapePress) - A Montana school district is being sued after a child was allegedly forced to take part in a psychological study involving sexually explicit questions without parental permission.
The lawsuit claims that in October 2002 the Billings School District No. 2 agreed to allow Montana State University to use the fifth- and sixth-grade classes as human subjects. For the study, children were asked a variety of questions relating to human sexuality. The American Family Association Center for Law & Policy (CLP) is suing the district on behalf of one of those students and her mother, who is upset that school officials subjected her child to the study without her permission.
According to a CLP press release, the study purported to examine the issue of athletics and eating disorders among Native Americans and Caucasians. But the children were provided graphic drawings of the male and female genital areas and asked to circle the drawing that best resembled their own genitals.
In addition, says the press release, all the young girls in the study were required to "tightly pull the shirts back so as to expose the contour of their chests" while photographs were taken by the college students conducting the study.
Steve Crampton, chief counsel with the CLP, says the elementary students were under the impression there was nothing unusual about their participation in the study conducted by the college researchers.
"The school, apparently in an attempt to cooperate, simply turned over -- in this case -- the entire fifth-grade class, but several other classes participated as well," Crampton explains. "They marched the students into the gymnasium and simply told them, 'You will answer these questions.' From the students' perspective, it was just part of the school day."
Crampton contends says the damage inflicted upon the children as a result of the sexually explicit will be long lasting.
"You take innocent little girls and you destroy their innocence by means of this cold, so-called 'scientific' inquiry," he says. "And the school has the audacity to say to the parent, 'Well, it's really your fault in the end anyway. Your child should have spoken up and walked out' -- in spite of the fact that her entire class [was] ordered into the gymnasium."
The AFA attorney says he believes there is something wrong with public schools when grade-school students are "treated like guinea pigs" without parental knowledge.

Same-Sex Marriage Not the 'End of the World,' Federal Judge Says

Same-Sex Marriage Not the 'End of the World,' Federal Judge Says
Faith-Based Legal Groups Coming Up Short in Fight to Stop Homosexual Unions in MassachusettsBy Allie Martin, Fred Jackson, and Jody Brown
May 14, 2004
(AgapePress) - Christian law firms have lost their last-minute effort to block homosexual "marriage" in Massachusetts. An attorney for one of those firms is describing a judge's denial of a request to stop the scheduled legalization of same-sex marriage as a "dark day for America."
On Thursday, a federal judge in Boston denied the request by several pro-family legal groups to block marriage licenses from being issued to homosexual couples starting Monday. In their federal lawsuit, Liberty Counsel, the Catholic Action League, the American Family Association, and the Thomas More Law Center allege that the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) violated the U.S. Constitution's guarantee of a republican form of government when it redefined marriage to include same-sex individuals.
But a lawyer for the SJC responded that the issues "are pure questions of state law" and the federal government has no jurisdiction. The judge said the plaintiffs made it sound as if homosexual marriage would "be the end of the world." He added, "It hasn't been."
Steve Crampton, chief counsel for the American Family Association Center for Law & Policy (CLP), says the judge's decision is an insult to the biblical idea of marriage.
"The institution of marriage is God's very first social institution. This attack is as much an attack upon God and His created social order as it is upon Americans and conservatism," the attorney says. "So we are still looking to Him who is, after all, the author and finisher of our salvation, to rise up and take action at a time like this."
Brian Fahling, the CLP's senior trial attorney, said the federal court's refusal to find a constitutional violation in the case "amounts to an enshrinement of the anti-democratic principle that judges are a law unto themselves."
Continuing, Fahling said "it is impossible to overstate the tragic and historic dimension of what is happening in our nation. Same-sex [sexual relations], once universally condemned and criminalized, is elevated to the status of a constitutional right and then included in the definition of marriage."
The attorney says this has all been "ushered in and shoved down our throats" by judges and mayors he describes as being "utterly and brazenly lawless."
"We have passed through the cultural Looking Glass with Alice," Fahling states. "Up is down, and wrong is right."
But the CLP and its fellow plaintiffs are not tossing in the towel just yet. They say they will take their case to a federal appeals court.
Bible-Based Debate?
Meanwhile, a congressional hearing on a Federal Marriage Amendment protecting traditional marriage has included a discussion on what the Bible says about the matter. Both supporters and those who oppose the amendment referenced scripture during the debate.
The sponsor of the FMA, Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave of Colorado, noted during Thursday's hearing that the Declaration of Independence bases Americans' rights on "their Creator."
"The self-evident differences and complimentary design of men and women are part of that created order," Musgrave said. "We are created as male and female -- and for this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be joined with his wife, and the two shall become one in the mystical, spiritual, and physical union we call marriage."
At one point during the debate, Democratic Congressman Barney Frank -- an open homosexual -- faced off with Republican Congressman John Hostettler over what happened when the angels came to take Lot and his family away from Sodom before God destroyed that city.
"There is biblical precedent for a former residence of Abraham's nephew, Lot, and an adverse impact on society in the case of Sodom," Hostettler said.
To which Frank responded: "But not just homosexuality, but of people trying to force themselves on other people. As described there, that's a terribly abusive situation."
Hostettler: "Which is the etymology for the term 'sodomy.'"
Facing God's Judgment
The co-founder of Campus Crusade for Christ says the legalization of same-sex marriage could bring God's judgment on the United States. Vonette Bright says the Bible condemns homosexual behavior and teaches that "nations have been destroyed before us as a result of their moral decadence."
She says America has been blessed in the past for following "the God of the Bible," but could face God's wrath for turning away. Bright says she believes that "much of what we're seeing in the gay issue is that people are not knowledgeable about who God is."
She says supporters of homosexual marriage also do not "realize the price we're going to pay."

IT HAS BEEN CALCULATED THAT IF EVERYONE IN THE UNITED STATES DID
NOT
PURCHASE A DROP OF GASOLINE FOR ONE DAY AND ALL AT THE SAME TIME,
THE OIL COMPANIES WOULD CHOKE ON THEIR STOCKPILES.
AT THE SAME TIME IT WOULD HIT THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY WITH A NET LOSS OF
OVER 4.6 BILLION DOLLARS WHICH AFFECTS THE BOTTOM LINES OF THE OIL
COMPANIES

THEREFORE MAY 19TH HAS BEEN FORMALLY DECLARED "STICK IT TO THEM DAY" AND THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION SHOULD NOT BUY A SINGLE DROP OF GASOLINE THAT DAY.
THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN BE DONE IS IF YOU FORWARD THIS E-MAIL TO AS
MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN AND AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT. WAITING ON THIS ADMINISTRATION TO STEP IN AND CONTROL THE PRICES
IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REDUCTION AND CONTROL IN PRICES THAT THE ARAB NATIONS PROMISED TWO WEEKS AGO?

REMEMBER ONE THING, NOT ONLY IS THE PRICE OF GASOLINE GOING UP BUT AT THE SAME TIME AIRLINES ARE FORCED TO RAISE THEIR PRICES, TRUCKING COMPANIES ARE FORCED TO RAISE THEIR PRICES WHICH EFFECTS PRICES ON EVERYTHING THAT IS SHIPPED. THINGS LIKE FOOD, CLOTHING, BUILDING MATERIALS, MEDICAL SUPPLIES ETC. WHO PAYS IN THE END? WE DO!

WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IF THEY DON'T GET THE MESSAGE AFTER ONE DAY, WE WILL DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN.

SO DO YOUR PART AND SPREAD THE WORD. FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO
EVERYONE YOU KNOW. MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND MAKE MAY 19TH A DAY THAT THE CITIZENS OF THE

UNITED STATES SAY "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH"

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention
of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to
skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly
proclaiming

WOW!! What a Ride!
