I wish that wisdom was a truly generic product that everyone could have but it is not so. In the Bible wo-man are included and since Jesus and because of him are given the freedom to also live as they see fit. I am in full agreement with this yet so many people will choose foolishness.

The voice of God

This is my comment to those people that hear a voice in their head they credit as God's.NOT!The apostle Peter warns us to test the spirits whether they be of God or not and that no spirit that is not of God can admit that Jesus is The Messiah unless they are of God.

That also does not relinquish Jesus command to preach repentance, nor to the old testament writings concerning our responsibility to warn the wicked to repent of their ways and sin no more lest they die in thier sin and then thier blood would be required of us.

Think not that God would not kill

Do not be confused in the difference between a natural disaster and men who murder.

Not a pleasent thought for those who are spiritual but dwell 'in this world' is it? The day is coming and it is not far off in fact it is easily measured by men today in less than years

Religion is not necessary

Jesus came so that you and I would not have to go through religion to be near the Father any more. No rituals, no rites of passage, no need for acceptance. Only simply believe and say "Jesus save me, forgive me of my sins". And Voila. You have instant access to the only one who really loves you. 'God'.

You don't have to go to church or work for it, it's free.

Conundrums

I don't come with the apparatus the apparatus comes with me. I don't own the apparatus someone else does but the apparatus doesn't own me. I am not a slave to the apparatus, the apparatus is a slave for me.
If you own the apparatus and it is symbiont to me then it can not live with out me. The apparatus does not direct my life but I direct it's life.

If you bought the apparatus then you payed to be my slave.

Surprised? Not me.

I am not in the MOB but the devil wants you to think I am and he wishes I was.

Answer: If you don't want to become my slave then don't try to enslave me.

The Hackers are at it again

My clock dissapeared, I see and my side bar links aren't coming up today, my comments don't work for me either. Oh yeah I almost forgot, My weather map is gone too.

I figure it is some mob left wing nutcase. If I wrote bomb in my web site do you think the spying NSA would track the nutheads down and haul them off to some foreign CIA torture chamber I keep hearing about. Maybe they could torture out the fact that they think they hear the voice of God. Then they could pump them full of haldol and send them off to the la la land they so much desire.
They are WAAAknuts. Worm heads or as an old buddy Barry used to call them, Zipperheads.

Teachers pay or is there another answer

I was recently interviewing a local teacher, per say I was asking for his perception as to why there was a teacher shortage. He said "one of the reasons that people don't want to be a teacher was that the kids are atrocious". The other was money. He felt that he wasn't getting paid enough. I told him in a round about way about what I made and though he didn't say anything his smile told me he makes more than me.

I asked him also if he was saying the reason that there weren't more people entering the teaching fields was greed? He said "no".

HMMM. It would appear if the teachers don't know why there are fewer teachers, yet deep down in their hearts they do, don't they?

First of all as always I would be remiss if I didn't tell you, the root cause of the kids being atrocious. No prayer, no help from God. It is God that keeps people in line, but if you don't ask he won't help. You got to pray.

Second of all the reason money is needed is because you have to pay people past the threshold where the job becomes worth the trouble and stress, the 'ole' money answers all things, however there is only so far that people are going to be able to afford to pay. At some point, points of diminishing returns come into play where no matter how well educated the kids are when they get out of school the cost to a nation would have been so great as to be a straw, if you know what I mean, and a nation can't have that now can it? Of course the teachers would come back with the question, 'how much do we value our kids our future and our nation'(a guilt trip on us to assuage their-uh- 'greed')?

We are already paying our teachers more than anyone else in the world except maybe Switzerland. So that obviously isn't the answer.

We are at a stage where force doesn't work and money ain't working either so it will take an act of God to straighten this issue out. I suppose he could make it a catastrophe or we could just ask him to fix us. I am all in favor of the latter and so should the rest of you.

Today I was at a customers house and while I was working he was telling me about building a new house and how he wanted a little closet with a urinal in it only so he could cure some of the complaints his wife made. You know the ol' toilet seat up one. So as we were joking around about this together we came up with; why not just make a man's shower with a urinal in it because.....what man gets out of the shower to take a leak anyway?
