Brain slump

10 years ago American Engineers and Companies were granted 10,000 more patents than foreign companies. Now that is down to 4000.

A 2003 survey of math and science literacy compared 15 year old U.S. kids against young-uns from other industrialized nations and in math ours came in 24th tied with Latvia out of 28. In science 24th out of 40.

We spend 440 billion a year on school 2nd in the world per capita to Switzerland.

A national survey revealed that 38% of math teachers and 28% of science teachers in grades 7-12 lacked a college major or minor in either subject.

No Jesus no brains.
