I used to think I was about half Irish

Until one day as we were sitting in grandma Bennetts living Room, Ma, Aunt Martha, me, and uncle Hal, Grandma drops a bomb and says we were English????? I am confused but here is a travel blog about Ireland. Pretty Country.
