I wish that wisdom was a truly generic product that everyone could have but it is not so. In the Bible wo-man are included and since Jesus and because of him are given the freedom to also live as they see fit. I am in full agreement with this yet so many people will choose foolishness.
And you are correct yet all of mankind has been given the power to overcome their mistakes.
