Morality is Absolute:
Equal Protection Clause Has Nothing to do with Same-Sex Marriage
Dr. Jaffa: Certainly. The Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment was instituted along with the original clause which reads: "Persons born and residing in the United States are citizens of the United States and the state wherein they reside."
Dr. Jaffa is right about the equal protection clause in the 14th amendment. It is about citizenship and voting rights not sexual preference and since homo's can vote they are not being denied a say in the U.S..
Marriage is an issue of natural law and has everything to do with procreation and survival of the human race and homosexuality has nothing to do with the survival of the human race. If you have any doubts about this premise check with the Spartans who had a homosexual society and had a hard time maintaining their ranks because of their homosexuality and is the precise reason they were ultimately conquered. In their final war there were only 800 Spartiat hoplites available. They were simply overwhelmed.
Dr. Jaffa rightly states that homosexuality is an aberration not a norm just as cleptomainia is an aberration.
